Registration fees:
- Full registration : 150 € (250 € after 15 July 2014 – extended deadline, see below)
- Students, Phd Students and research assistants registration : 75 € (100 € after 15 July 2014 – extended deadline, see below)
- CAI Members attending the symposium registration : 75 €
- Social dinner: 40 €
- Field trip quote (max 30 partecipants): 150 €

The receipt of the payment will be available at the welcome-registration desk during the symposium. Please, send a request to comitato@glaciologia.it if you need the receipt in advance
For attending the symposium, fill in the REGISTRATION FORM and send it by email to comitato@glaciologia.it, you’ll receive a confirmation reply of your registration
Instructions for abstracts submission
The abstracts should only be written in English in Microsoft Word. It should start with the paper’s title, authors, authors’ affiliation, address and e-mail, followed by the Abstract’s text and the keywords (up to five). Please, briefly explain the aim and scope of your study, your materials and methods, and the main conclusions of the study. The abstracts must not exceed 300 words and one page in the length.

Authors are requested to submit the abstracts according to the above guidelines by e-mail to comitato@glaciologia.it.
Poster size
The height of the poster may be up to 200 cm (100 cm recommended), 70 cm max for the width.
